Part I is a downloadable .pdf (87 pages) with ready to print Command Cards, Charts, and Activity Sheets.
Part II is a downloadable .pdf that includes tags (194 tickets on 14 pages) and Problem Cards (127 problem cards + 12 section labels on 24 pages).

NOTE:  The photograph shows the command and problem cards mount on card stock that is color-coordinated to the operation.  This is one option for completing the set.  Another equally viable option is to simply print to white card stock, cut, and laminate.  Colored card stock is not included.
