Description
Four-part botany nomenclature cards (name, definition, drawing with an isolated feature, and control card) lead the child to explore the rich diversity of botany while learning valuable terminology. The sequence of cards models the Montessori philosophy of progressing from broad concepts to increasing levels of detail.

In total, there are 41 sets of nomenclature cards. Each set has between 2 and 18 terms for a total of over 150 botanic concepts. The sets are sized to fit in a pamphlet display container, available at any office supply store. They can be placed on shelves, as in the photo, or hung in rows on the wall.
